TO ORDER

*For confirmed orders only, please! 

Please email helloshopfreds@gmail.com (no FB message, please!) with the following details:

Subject: ORDER- (Your name- try to include your surname unless you have a very unique name like mine hahahahaha)

3) Items to order: (Item code & Quantity, repeat if ordering more than 1 style/ design)
4) Mode of payment: 
Purchase of 1-4 boxes
POSB/DBS ATM/iBanking Transfer OR OCBC Bank ATM/iBanking Transfer
*No interbank transfers, please!
Purchase of 5 or more boxes
PayPal (i.e Debit/ Credit card/ PayPal funds) OR
POSB/DBS ATM/iBanking Transfer OR OCBC Bank ATM/iBanking Transfer
*No interbank transfers, please! 
5) Mode of delivery: Normal mail / registered mail/ meet-up
Please note that price is not inclusive of postage. Postage fee will be advised in the invoice that will be sent you after you have submitted your order.
Postage Rates:
Normal mail
1 box- 50c
2-4 boxes- 80c
5-10 boxes- $1
Registered mail
Please add $2.24 on top of normal postage
Meet-up
Strictly for purchase of 5 boxes & above only.
Venue, date and time to my convenience.
*Usually Ang Mo Kio, or anywhere else that I might be heading to. Will be discussed :)
6) Residential address: (for normal and registered mail only):

Orders will be taken on a first come first serve basis. All emails will be replied within 24 hours. However, if you did not receive one within 24 hours, it means that the item is PENDING. You'll be informed again when it is OOS & when it will become available again.

TO PAY
An invoice will be sent to you via email with payment details. Payment can be done through: 

1) POSB/DBS iBanking Transfer OR

2) OCBC Bank iBanking Transfer
3) PayPal (i.e Debit/ Credit card/ PayPal funds) *for purchases of 5 boxes & above ONLY. 

Kindly proceed with payment within 24 hours of the issue of invoice or your order will be voided and you will be listed as a deadbuyer! :(

DELIVERY

Item will be sent out within the next 3 days after payment is received. A SMS/ email will be sent to notify you  that payment has been received. Another notification will be sent again when item has been posted. Please note that I will not be responsible for any lost mail for delivery via normal postage. Hence, registered mail is greatly recommended!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Strictly no refunds/ exchanges unless it's cases of delivery of wrong order. Postage fees to send item back to us will be borne by us (will be transferred to you) as it is our bad. Thank you!
